A vacancy has arisen for a Client Compliance Officer to act as the designated Key Person for a portfolio of client regulated entities and as Money Laundering Reporting Officer for client supervised entities. In this role you will review Compliance reports including associated documents, attend board meetings, act as a key contact with the JFSC/JFCU and ensure all relevant registers/trackers are up to date. Applicants must hold a Table 4 qualification in Compliance, AML/CFT/CPF or similar and must have comprehensive knowledge of regulations and codes of practice relevant to funds.
