Working as a Customer Service and Operations Analyst, you will assist the team in delivering customer and business outcomes through investigating queries, supporting business processes, policies and procedures and understanding both business and customer needs. You will be responsible for processing and authorising all transactions to defined key performance indicators and service agreements, actively participate to improve customer service, processes and procedure as well various other administration tasks. The ideal candidate should be a critical thinker and change ready.
