In this broad-ranging senior HR role, you will contribute to the effective delivery of a pro-active, positive, efficient, and supportive Human Resources function across Jersey and Guernsey. Key responsibilities include providing support/counselling to employees, overseeing the second review/approval of all candidate screening, managing the Group talent programme for the local population, and acting as ‘A’ signatory when required. To excel in this role, candidates should be CPP qualified, possess 5 to 7 years’ experience in a HR role and demonstrate strong technical knowledge across a wide range of HR practices.
