Supported Living Manager

Are you a registered Nurse seeking a breath of fresh air? An exceptional opportunity awaits for a caring and empathetic individual on the stunning island of Guernsey in the Channel Islands. In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a caseload of service users within the adult disability service and be accountable for the ongoing review, monitoring and updating of care programmes. The successful candidate must hold a diploma in a related field and a teaching/mentoring qualification.
