Holly graduated with a BA (Hons) degree in Psychology and Computing and then completed a Master degree in Forensic Archaeology and Crime Scene Studies at Bournemouth University. She joined 1st Recruitment in Jersey and was responsible for providing a Pre Employment Screening service to all of our clients regarding candidates placed either directly or via our agency. Holly also supported our busy Recruitment and Administration Teams in Jersey with a variety of tasks. Holly re located to Sydney in 2010 and has joined our Australian Team as a Recruitment Consultant. She is also responsible for training new consultants to ensure that all our procedures and systems are followed.

Why I like working for 1st Recruitment?

My role is very diverse and no two days are ever the same! I initially trained in Jersey with a great team and have now been given an amazing opportunity to develop my career in Australia with the advantage to return to the Jersey office one day! The team here at 1st Recruitment are very dedicated and I am proud to work for such a great company. I love helping people and being part of such a focused and caring team.
