Holly is originally from Wiltshire in the UK and recently relocated to Jersey from London. Before joining 1st Recruitment, she studied for her undergraduate degree at UCL and went on to secure a place on the graduate scheme with Michael Page.

Holly worked in both the Canary Wharf and City offices, and specialised in recruiting Finance, Accounting and Internal Audit candidates for the financial services sector. After working in the City for three years, Holly decided to relocate to Jersey with her boyfriend who is working as a Doctor in the general hospital.

It seemed like the perfect time to move out of the city and work in a completely different environment. She really enjoyed the people element and consultative aspects of her role in London, and so when 1st Recruitment offered her a role in their team she was really delighted.

Why I like working for 1st Recruitment?

When I joined the team I was impressed by how welcoming and friendly all of the team were. I really felt that I was supported from day one, and able to work closely with all of the different personalities. It is a very positive environment to work in, with plenty of opportunities to development and progress further.
