Jan is a local girl who started her career in the finance industry at the age of 16, previous employers include: Natwest and Standard Chartered Grindlays and for the past six years Jan was employed by UBS, working within the back office environment and had several roles within Fiduciary and Operations.

In 2008 she left Jersey and travelled round Asia for 7 months and upon returning back to the Island her first port of call was 1st Recruitment where she decided that she would ideally like to settle into a role that she loved. Jan wanted to fulfil her life to its best potential and embark on a new career so after registering with 1st Recruitment a position came up as a Recruitment Consultant that Jan just couldn't turn down!
