Ciara was born in Jersey and after graduating in June 2009 she returned to the Island to secure a permanent role. She has gained experience within financial services working for Lloyds TSB Offshore in the Payments Department and for RBSI in the Operations Department including Account Opening, Account Closing and Account Admin, both during breaks from University and following graduation. Ciara is 1st Recruitment’s Administrator and her strong organisational and people skills mean she is a natural in this role where her duties include: Producing CVs, writing vacancy adverts for the website, screening candidates and supporting the team with all administration support.

When I was offered a job here as part of the Administration Team, I jumped at the chance to join 1st Recruitment. They have helped me constantly in my job searches over the last 4 years and it’s great to now be seeing things from the other side and participate in helping other people. I love this job as I meet so many different people. I am always busy and learning something new. Every day is varied and interesting and the atmosphere is always friendly and welcoming.
