Emma Topham Emma was born and raised in Australia and moved to Jersey in 2010 to live and work, as her family are originally from Jersey. After graduating from High School in 2004, she attended TAFE NSW, Sydney College and completed a Diploma in Event Management. She then worked for a total of 5 years within the hotel industry, working for a large hotel chain where she was responsible for corporate and event planning. This was a varied and responsible role where she was involved in coordinating corporate events and functions from as little as 10 people to events as large as 500 people in attendance. From her experiences to date she understands the importance of delivering customer service to a high standard. Why I like working for the 1st Recruitment Group No two days are the same and my role is very diverse. I not only act as the first point of contact for all the candidates who come into the office but I also assist the Temp Desk in placing these candidates into suitable temporary roles, which is such a fantastic feeling. The staff here have made me feel very welcome and I certainly feel part of the team. I love to help people and my role gives me the opportunity to use my initiative and skills to do this. I feel very lucky to work within a company that prides themselves on excellent customer service and 1st Recruitment makes this their number one priority to make everyone that calls or comes to see us feel valued.
