I was employed in an operations role with an International Bank in Jersey, before travelling around the world. I found it difficult to get back in to normal working life when I returned as I realised I wanted to work with people.

I went to 1st Recruitment with the intention of possibly temping and they offered me a position in their company. I am now responsible for managing the accounts and administration team, issuing all contracts for hundreds of temps, running the weekly payroll and all invoicing. I also support all the consultants with their day to day admin needs.  My role is very busy and varied everyday that is what I love about it.
