Lindy qualified with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work - an Honours degree majoring in Psychology, Sociology and Social Work from the University of the Witwatersrand, (South Africa). Her practical training in Social Work allowed her excellent exposure to liaison with people from all walks of life: interviewing techniques, and observation methodology – all useful tools applicable to the recruitment process.

Lindy emigrated to Australia in 1999 and joined a specialist Executive Search firm as a Senior Associate. In 2002 Lindy joined a boutique consultancy firm where she commenced work in the Accounting & Finance division as a Senior Consultant. She was promoted to Manager of that division in 2006. Lindy recruited on all accounting and finance positions including Senior Management/ Regional level.

In April 2009 Lindy joined 1st Recruitment as a Senior Consultant. She recruits across the disciplines of Accounting and Finance, Sales and Marketing, Human Resources and Retail The success of her consulting lies in the rendering of a personal service and understanding the culture of the clients, thus facilitating a reputation for delivery and service excellence.
