Natalie was born in Devon and initially started her working career within hospitality in the UK working for a small boutique hotel where she quickly progressed to management level. She subsequently moved to Jersey in 2003 remaining within the hospitality industry for a further 2 years before eventually getting snapped up by a large international banking organisation to work within their Premier Banking Department.

Natalie once again made quick progression, rising through the banking sector before ultimately becoming a Manager within the Premier Banking Department where her main responsibility was to manage and develop a team of 8 Direct Relationship Managers. After 6 years of working within the finance industry and having worked for the same banking organisation, Natalie was ready for a new challenge. She joined 1st Recruitment in October 2011.
