Paul is Jersey born and has gained over 15 years experience in the finance industry having worked both in Jersey and Overseas. He has in that time worked for several large Blue Chip organisations with his last role being that of a Corporate Services Manager. His experience is varied and covers Banking, Financial Control as well as both Private and Corporate Trust.

His passions are football and travelling with a particular penchant for adventure. He once travelled overland from Europe to China alone, where he encountered many hair-raising experiences including the take over of the White House parliamentary building by rebels in Moscow in 93. He describes the whole journey as both invigorating and rewarding and from which he learnt a lot about himself and people.

Paul joined 1st Recruitment in December 2003 and says he has not looked backed since, he even married the boss! He enjoys the variety of his role, particularly meeting people, no matter at what level. His past work experiences have put him in good stead with regard to recruitment and he admires people with a bit of "get up and go" and who are passionate about what they do.
