Before joining 1st Recruitment, Tor gained experience within Teaching, Marketing/Communications and Relationship Management in both the commercial and 3rd Sectors. After having a career break to raise her son, Tor returned to work, utilising her client management and business development skills.  She really enjoys the ‘people’ side of recruitment and finds the whole experience of meeting a candidate, understanding their needs and sourcing the right role very rewarding. Tor always receives such lovely feedback from her candidates and is a valued member of the team.
