To assist senior members of the team in the provision of tax administration and compliance services to a portfolio of high net worth clients. Specific Duties include assisting managers and directors with building and maintaining solid relationships with clients/intermediaries, accurately construct written communications – letters, emails, etc., become familiar with the team’s existing allocated client portfolio, pro-actively work with internal individuals/groups to ensure timely delivery of client data or query resolution and consult and escalate issues and exceptions to senior team members to alleviate problems or risks. To join a leading independent fiduciary business, the Senior Administrator for Reviews will perform risk reviews on the Fiduciary client base to ensure completeness of administrative procedures and records. The role holder will be responsible for carrying out/reviewing risk reviews within the specified guidelines, to identify risk, administration or compliance issues that arise. Duties will include completion of reports, advising and liaising with Administrators/Managers on all day-to-day matters and maintain a good knowledge of company secretarial, compliance and anti-money laundering practice. The ideal candidate will be qualified in STEP/ICSA or will alternatively have many years of trust and company administration experience.
