You will ensure the timely diagnosis/progression/resolution of desktop and server incidents, installations and requests for service. Other key responsibilities include assisting with managing SCCM and the deployment of corporate/line of business applications and managing the problem management process for corporate issues, ensuring a high quality solution is found/tested/implemented in line with SLA’s. The ideal candidate will have a recognised technical qualification and a solid understanding of ITIL best practice. Significant experience in an Enterprise IT support role working across a sizable and diverse technical architecture with a variety of applications and technologies is required. Full Time Receptionist/Facilities Management (3 months) Guernsey | Contract
This role comprises of Reception and carrying out Front of house duties and also Messenger duties (usually internal runs and clear downs but also includes drop offs across Town - must have valid driving licence). Duties will include dealing with couriers, setting up meeting Rooms, franking machine and general administrative duties. General hours are 9.15 to 5.15 but ability to flex to 9.00 to 5.00 pm.
