The successful candidate will carry out routine day-to-day administration of fund structures under the direction of a Client Relationship Manager. Must have basic funds knowledge and will be expected to study for a relevant professional qualification.
The successful candidate will have 3-5 yrs’ funds experience, with strong company secretarial skills and knowledge of Guernsey Company Law and Registry procedures, together with experience of compiling board packs/resolutions, taking and producing minutes and liaising with legal professionals.
