An Administrator is required to provide a secretarial, reception and administration service to staff and other team members. You will be required to reply to routine matters on behalf of team members/leaders, ensure client information/reports are entered onto the electronic recording system, and undertake confidential audio/copy typing of correspondence. You will also need to arrange and attend meetings, prepare minutes and agendas, and deal with incoming correspondence via telephone and email. Liaising with internal and external departments is also required. You must have a good understanding of medical terminology and the ability to deal with sensitive issues. The role is also responsible for managing and monitoring the service requests while ensuring they are passed on to the relevant resolving group.  Experience in front line customer services or contact centre operations is preferred.
