In this role you will be providing a courteous, efficient administrative and secretarial support service. Ensure reports and correspondence are filed, maintained and available as well as distributing them to other departments when appropriate. Other duties include arranging and attending meetings, preparing minutes and agendas and ensure their appropriate distribution. This requires accuracy and an understanding of legal information. The ideal candidate must have high standard of office management skills including efficient word processing and typing skills, using and maintaining databases, minute taking.
