Administration Assistant

Our client is looking for a candidate on a temporary basis to provide a comprehensive administrative/secretarial service including diary management, triaging of inbox etc. You will ensure the maintenance of an effective and efficient central filing system and any databases; provide any support required to the Division in assisting with the processing, management and payment of any invoices; ensure subordinate staff are fully supported administratively and secretarially with minutes, invoicing etc. The successful candidate will have a good standard of general education, including 5 GCSE’s and Strong organisational and IT skills.
