Assistant Compliance Manager

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Assistant Compliance Manager to join a growing Compliance team in Guernsey. We are seeking a proactive compliance professional with strong knowledge of Guernsey regulatory requirements, particularly AML/CFT/CPF, and ideally around five years’ experience within financial, fiduciary, funds or private wealth services. The role will support the Head of Compliance, MLRO and MLCO across compliance monitoring, risk-based assurance, regulatory change, policies and procedures, and board reporting. You will provide practical guidance and constructive challenge to client-facing teams while helping to strengthen the firm’s overall compliance framework.
