Our client, a leading international financial services organisation, is seeking an Assistant Manager, People & Culture to join their Guernsey-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to support the delivery of people strategy across multiple jurisdictions, covering employee relations, recruitment, learning and development, and HR operations. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in enhancing the employee experience and supporting organisational growth. The successful candidate will have strong HR generalist experience, excellent communication skills, and a sound understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice.
