We are seeking a qualified Corporate & Commercial Associate with 4+ years’ PQE to join a respected offshore legal practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer looking to develop their career in the Channel Islands, with a relevant common law qualification and strong experience across corporate, finance, M&A or commercial advisory work. The role will involve advising on corporate transactions, commercial contracts, financing arrangements and regulatory matters, while managing a varied offshore workload involving Guernsey corporate structures and cross-border matters.
