Within this exciting, senior role you will inject energy and drive into the continual improvement programme aimed at developing the business towards a more dynamic and innovative culture whilst delivering a high quality service to internal and external clients. You will manage the operational change and continual improvements programmes, monitor and report on all projects, ensure the efficient and effective landing of change, new projects, initiatives and policy and procedures.
