To develop, maintain and enhance corporate client relationships and the deliver a quality administration service to clients. Key responsibilities will include hands on involvement on complex transactions, management and development of corporate client relationships and meeting financial and non-financial targets as agreed with management. The successful candidate must have Corporate Trust technical expertise, excellent communication, report writing and company secretarial skills along with a minimum of five years managing a team providing trust and company administration services.
