Your principle responsibilities for this role will include accurately gathering and recording all essential details of new referrals by means of telephone and e-mail. Taking urgent enquiries regarding open cases when the respective worker is unavailable and undertaking any other administrative duties, including filing and minute taking as requested by your Line Manager. The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a mature disposition .The ability to deal sympathetically with a wide range of service users and their families often at times of crisis is essential.
