Our client is looking for a Client Services Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis. You will be acting as first point of contact for all visitors and clients either via email, telephoning or in person dealing with all enquires. You will be responsible for recording, updating and maintaining management information on the system to ensure all information is recorded at all times. Be able to prepare reports and collate statistics as required by management. Act as key contact for outsourced contracts ensuring that standards are maintained.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of five GCSEs including Maths and English, a second language would be an advantage but not essential. Excellent communicate skills both verbal and written. Microsoft knowledge is essential, however training will be given. Must have experience in Customer Care.
