Client Services Technical Project Specialist

Our client is look for a Technical Project Specialist to work in the Client Services team. This role encompasses all aspects of providing technical support and ownership of projects within the Private Client Department, in an efficient and professional manner.
This new and varied role you will work with Senior Management, Directors and the wider group to co-ordinate initiatives and projects, implement procedures and updates in co-ordination with the project management process and contribute to the update of procedures within the department to ensure fit for purpose, research and provide information to Directors in relation to selected projects, ensure Viewpoint database is up to date and accurate when working on client matters, provide technical support and oversee the investment monitoring process and procedures and review of general tax and legal compliance of managed structures, as part of a structured approach.
This role requires someone with a working knowledge of Viewpoint and Microsoft Office, a reliable team player and a motivated self starter, excellent communication skills both written and verbal and a good understanding of Trust and Company Law and Tax requirements. 8 years experience in Trust and Company administration is desirable along with a Table 4 qualification, ie STEP or ICSA.
