Our client is looking for a Communications/Customer Service Advisor to join their team for 12-month temporary contract. The purpose of this role is to provide email communications planning, delivery and support service to the department as well as manage any customer enquiries. You will co-ordinate and deliver reports on multiple email communication campaigns to support various change projects.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience in a communications/customer facing role dealing with individual over the phone and via email. Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to deal with complex issues are essential for this position.
