Our client within the healthcare industry is looking to hire an Administration Assistant to provide support to the Company Administrator with general administrative duties. This is a temporary opportunity with part-time hours.
This role will involve answering incoming calls and relaying messages where appropriate, organising internal and external training, scheduling business events and travel arrangements, and photocopying, scanning and formatting documents.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Word, Outlook and Excel, have similar administrative experience in a professional environment and posses strong organisational skills. Please contact Reece for more information
