A superb opportunity to build on your company secretarial career a leading global provider of private client, corporate and fund services.  The role holder will provide company secretarial and associated services to a group of fund clients, co-ordinating all fund/company secretarial matters, including the production of Board packs, preparation of minutes and following up on action points.  The successful candidate will be educated to GCSE Level and ideally studying towards a relevant professional qualification (ICSA Certificate level or equivalent) and must have strong computer literacy skills and good attention to detail.
