This is an exciting temporary opportunity for a motivated and well-organised individual to become part of a fast-growing and well-established company offering secretarial support within their busy office. You will be under the direct of the Client Relationship Manager to co-ordinate all company secretarial matters, including attendance at and preparation of minutes for Board, Committee and ad hoc meetings. Responsibilities will include assisting in the preparation of electronic payment instructions to settle routine fund and general partner expenses, as and when required by the Client Relationship Manager and overseeing the timely filing of statutory and other returns. The candidate will be expected to be studying towards or have achieved a relevant professional qualification and very good interpersonal skills are required. Contact Kim.
