Company Secretary

Within this varied role you will be responsible for the company secretarial / governance function and participate in the preparation for meetings including production of board packs. You will maintain minute books, statutory documents, registers and permanent records and will also have bookkeeping / payment processing duties. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience and have a good understanding of company and trust law, investments, bookkeeping, basic tax and the regulatory environment. Contact Michael
