An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Manager to play a central role in a Guernsey compliance function. In this key position, you will ensure the business meets regulatory requirements, oversee the compliance monitoring programme, and assume the roles of Money Laundering Reporting Officer and Money Laundering Compliance Officer. The ideal candidate will have at least five years’ experience in the Guernsey finance compliance/risk sector and a strong knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment. A recognised compliance qualification and good knowledge of THEMIS is preferred. This role can also be offered on a part-time basis.
