Corporate Administrator

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Corporate Administrator to primarily work on a particular mandate, assisting in the building of an important client relationship. Main duties will include maintaining company statutory records, liaising regularly with client contacts and attending board meetings and draft minutes. The successful candidate will hold a minimum of two years company administration experience in a financial services related environment and hold experience of developing and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering a high level of client service.
