Our client is looking for a positive, hard-working candidate to work in their busy public-facing office. In this role you will be providing a front-line service to all customers, some of whom may be vulnerable, challenging and emotional at times. Main duties will include dealing with general customer queries relating to various company services and action these queries accordingly, deal with complex calculations etc. Successful candidates will have previous customer service experience and be able to work well in a team and under pressure. Experience of giving advice and guidance to customers and dealing with complex and sensitive situations is essential/determining the underlying needs of the customer. Contact Shannon.
