Customer Service Advisor

Our client is looking for a Customer Service advisor to assist their HR department on a temporary basis. You will be responsible for advising people on a broad range of issues to include recruitment, absence and health and grievance matters. Additionally, you will be involved in carrying out payroll calculations and preparing contractual documentation.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer facing role and have the ability to deal with difficult and sensitive situations. Ability to use Microsoft Office is essential and the Level 3 CIPD qualification would be desirable.
