Our client within the Public Sector is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer service and to accurately input orders and data, taking, recording and reconciling payments and responding to customer enquiries. In this role you will liaise directly with customers (both locally and internationally) in relation to customer enquiries, identify opportunities for selling goods and services, and input and record customer data and contact details accurately and promptly. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years experience in a customer service/administration environment, excellent communication skills and work well within a team.
