We are seeking an experienced Deputy Managing Director to join a leading financial services group in Jersey. The role will support the Managing Director in driving business performance, growth, governance and operational excellence across private wealth and institutional services. The successful candidate will provide senior leadership, oversee client delivery, manage key stakeholder relationships and ensure strong regulatory and risk frameworks. Applicants should be qualified as an Accountant, Lawyer or Trust Practitioner (STEP/ICSA), with a minimum of 10 years’ post-qualifying experience and at least 5 years at Board level. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an accomplished financial services professional with strong fiduciary and fund services expertise.
