The purpose of the role is to work with the Business Partner to contribute to the review and development of HR policies. You will need to be able to research relevant policy subject areas, identify best practice, ensure compliance with relevant legislation and prepare policy drafts and associated procedures. You will need to help plan any required implementation measures as policies are developed and go live. Attention to detail is key, along with a thorough approach and the ability to draft documents in a style and format that is appropriate to the workforce. Contact Shannon
