Our Client – a leader in fund and corporate services – is seeking an Events Manager. The purpose of the role is to create a programme of events and initiatives across multiple jurisdictions to ensure an engaged and connected workplace which embodies the Client’s values.
The key responsibility of the role will be planning and overseeing the implementation of key employee engagement events, execute the various tactics and initiatives agreed upon to oversee the development of the internal communications framework for the multi-jurisdictional business. The jobholder will also be tasked with proactively analysing recruitment and retention trends to maintain employee engagement and morale.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in Employee Engagement, HR, Marketing, with a relevant qualification(s) to support. They will have strong stakeholder management, creative, communicative and project planning skills, and an ability to work effectively with a diverse group of people. Strong financial and commercial knowledge with experience of budgets is required, as is a track record in creating and implementing effective events and promotional plans.
