In this role you will provide secretarial, administrative and executive assistance. Duties will include conducting research to support projects, preparing for meetings, upkeep of calendars and records, arranging staff functions and assisting with reception queries. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ secretarial experience; have strong typing skills, the ability to take minutes and strong commitment to client service.
