A superb opportunity within facilities for an energetic and friendly individual at a highly reputable offshore legal practice. Supporting the Facilities Supervisor, this role will involve assisting with all aspects of facilities management for the Guernsey office, including dealing with document deliveries and incoming and outgoing post, acting as Fire Officer, looking after the health, safety and wellbeing of employees through the maintenance of the company’s facilities and assisting in the storage, retrieval and destruction of archived documents. Collaborative team working is a key part of this role, as there may be additional duties outside of the core responsibilities of from time to time. As such, applicants need to be willing to get involved in all tasks with enthusiasm and positivity.
