Our Client – a leading private bank – is seeking a Fiduciary Specialist. The purpose of the role will be to oversee the day-to-day management of mandates in relation to in-house fiduciary structures, as well as to act as an effective member of the cross-border operations team.
The Jobholder will be responsible for structure set-up, analysis of cases and new business, and will act as a “B” authorised signatory for the company. They will also perform the timely completion of transaction monitoring, investment reviews, annual reviews and preparation of financial statements.
Maintaining awareness of industry changes and service innovations is also a responsibility of the role, as is delivering against established KPIs and ensuring the Client adheres to the relevant regulatory framework.
The successful candidate will preferably have relevant professional qualifications and over 7 years of wealth management working experience. They must have strong organisational, communicative and influential skills. Being a strong analytical and creative thinker is also essential, as is being an autonomous worker and effective team member.
