Finance Administration Assistant

Our client is looking for an experienced finance assistant to provide administrative support by collecting all income for the provision of rents and services generated by the company via Payroll, invoicing and journal entries. Main Duties will include assisting in the production for rent schedule for new arrivals, departures and extensions of stay, process of supplier invoices for payment for goods and services and rents ready for sign off and on-going maintenance of correct charges for each property on the database and rent schedules. You will also be responsible for  assisting  the Accounts Receivable Team in the collection of overdue account and bad debts the production of regular and ad-hoc management information and review of rents and utility charges. 

Our client is happy to take on candidates on either a full time basis or part-time basis of 30 hours plus.

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 GCSE’s including Mathematics/ and or Book-keeping and English Language; a good knowledge of Microsoft office suite and the ability to grasp new IT applications quickly. You should ideally have the ECDL (European Computer Driving Licence) and a minimum of two years experience in a financial processing environment. Contact Shannon
