In this role you will be responsible for Co-ordinating the month end reports ensuring that duty collected on the Services’ system is accurately interfaced with the companies’ internal system and that the income is reconciled and manually inputted correctly. You will work with the daily banking reconciliations to ensure that the annual duty collection is handled and disposed of according to corporate standards.
Other duties include preparing cheques for refunds of duty, raising journals interdepartmentally and helping the Administration team to process payment of supplier invoices, reimburse staff expense claims and collate and forward overtime forms. Successful candidates must have a minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent with a minimum of grades A-C in English and Maths. Contact Kim for Details
