We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join a respected regulatory organisation in Guernsey at Assistant Director level. This senior role will oversee financial and management accounting, budgeting, cash flow, payroll and financial reporting, while ensuring strong governance and internal controls. You will work closely with senior management, auditors and key stakeholders, providing clear financial insight and supporting strategic decision-making. The role also includes managing, supporting and developing a small finance team, with a focus on maintaining high standards and continuous improvement.
