A dynamic role is available for an FP&A Analyst to join the Group Finance team at our client’s Jersey office. This position involves managing financial data in Workday Financial Management/Adaptive Planning, supporting the forecasting and budgeting processes, and providing critical financial analysis to senior management. Key tasks include reviewing P&L outputs, conducting FTE and headcount reporting, and delivering insightful variance analysis. Ideal candidates will be qualified or part-qualified Accountants (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent) with strong Excel skills and experience in global, multi-currency environments. Familiarity with Workday and Adaptive Planning is highly desirable.
