Our client within the fiduciary sector is looking to hire a Fund Administrator to be responsible for all administrative duties for assigned funds, reporting to the Assistant Manager. This role will involve attending and preparing minutes for board meetings, liaise with client contacts, lawyers, auditors and investors, and dealing with all company secretarial matters for client corporate entities.
