Fund Administrator

Our client within the Fiduciary sector is looking to hire a Fund Administrator to be involved in the day to day operation and servicing of a portfolio of closed ended investment Funds administered by the company, investing in private equity, infrastructure and other alternative Funds.

This role will involve liaising with the investment advisors, fund directors, accountants, bankers and other related entities in order to administer and ensure smooth day to day operation the funds. You will deal with fund queries in an effective and timely manner as well as other general administration tasks as necessary. You will arrange approval and payment of all fund invoices received, calculate and pay all fees and expenses on behalf of the funds. You will also arrange the transfer of funds for investment purchases and distributions within the required deadlines to ensure that the funds’ cash is held in accordance with the scheme particulars.

The ideal candidate will be have 2-3 years fund administration experience, knowledge of bookkeeping requirements, and be able to work well within a team. Please contact Reece for more information.
